Booking Process
If you have found a guide/ a tour that meets your needs or if you would like to get a customized itinerary, you can book or inquire in three ways on Gtrip.
Request a Customized Tour:
1. Find your guide
Find a tour guide from each city page by watching their profile video or reading their profile description.
2. Contact your guide
Contact them by clicking the button [Send a Message] and completing the information.
3. Get your itinerary Proposal
You will receive at your email the reply from the guide with:
4. Proceed with the booking
If you decide to book the tour with the guide. The guide will send you a booking proposal inside the message system that you can book by clicking [View Details & Book].
5. Pay online to make your tour reservation
Confirm all the tour details and press [Book Now] and follow the same process than [Book a Listed Tour].
Book a Listed Tour:
1. Select the Tour Date and Number of people
from the tour page and click [Book now] to continue with the reservation.
2. Complete your information
Complete the information about your tour
3. Pay online to make your tour reservation
Confirm all the information and select your Payment Method.
4. Wait for the confirmation
If the payment is successful, you just need to wait for your tour confirmation within 24hs.
How to check your bookings:
Visit your bookings History by “Dashboard”. In your booking page, you’ll see a list of your bookings. Please check the STATUS of each booking. There are 4 possible statuses:
[ pending ]
This means that your booking has been paid and your guide is reviewing it. Please wait for your tour confirmation within 24hs.

[ Completed ]
Your booking is 100% confirmed! Please enjoy.
[ Cancelling ]
The cancellation of your requested order is currently being arranged.
[ Canceled ]
Your booking has been canceled. The refund will be credited back to your credit card after 14 business days.
General Questions:
Can I change the itinerary after booking?
Yes, you can! Please send a message to your guide and propose your plan. Big changes may affect the tour duration or price. Your guide will advise you.
What will I get after booking?
You will receive an email notification, please check your email! You are also able to see your guide’s phone number on the booking page. Simply click on “Bookings” from the top menu, and then find the booking and click on “Details”. Scroll down to see the guide’s contact information.
Can I add more people to the booking?
Yes, as long as it does not exceed the maximum number of people your guide can handle. Please send a message to your guide and ask if it is possible. There may be an extra charge.
What should I do if I would like to change the duration after booking?
You can send a message to your guide and propose your plan. You may receive a refund or be requested to pay an extra charge if the booking changes.
If my guide is sick what will happen?
Gtrip will find another guide for you if possible or you will receive a 100% refund.
How in advance should I book the tour?
It depends on the supplier. Some suppliers need weeks of advance notice, while others may require less than one day. Please send a message to more than one guide to make sure one will be able to help.
